The Indian coaching staff could bring in a legend of the game with Jonty Rhodes, the former South African international who is rumored to be roped in as India’s next fielding coach.

Rhodes is known as one of the best farmers of his generation. He was part of the Mumbai Indians camp for nine years before moving to Lucknow Super Giants as their fielding coach. He had applied for a job as India’s fielding coach but failed to make it through
Jonty had earlier revealed that he has applied for a job as India’s fielding coach. He said, “Yes, I asked for the position of India’s new field coach. My wife and I love the country, and it has already given us so much… Our two children were born in India.” He also said he would add “a few more things” to the training program.
Rahul dravid replaced with the goutham gambhir in pole position with the reports and the former has brought in his own coaches to handle the coaching duties of the Indian team, it will be interesting to see how the new team pans out
